Role - Regional Business Head
Location - Bangalore (Karnataka)
Role & Responsibilities:
As Regional Business Head for the State, you'll lead the Micro LAP business across the state of Karnataka focusing on achieving targets, managing teams, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve growth targets for Micro LAP products.
•Monitor business activities and ensure alignment with company credit policies.
•Conduct trend analysis, benchmarking competitors, and identify best practices.
•Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, cluster business head, and other support staff.
•Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
•Monitor business activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
•Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
•Ensure achievement of regional targets and objectives.
Qualifications: - Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferred).
Products Exposure: - Micro LAP / Affordable LAP
Experience: - 10 Years to 15 Years
Team Handling: - Team Handling Experience is must for this role.
Reporting to: - Business Head (South).
