Mr. Tripathy has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of Financial Inclusion, micro/rural finance, MSME. He has worked across a variety of functions viz. Sales, Strategy and Business development, Product development, Business planning & analytics. He was leading MSME business in his last assignment at Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd, prior to which he handled large sales & distribution network at BFIL disbursing micro-loans, mobilizing small savings & leveraging cross sell opportunities. Prior to CFL, Mr. Tripathy was associated with organisations such as YES Bank Ltd, ACCION International, IFMR Trust. He is an MBA from Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA).

Mr. Melwin has 22+ years of experience in MSME Lending space with various banks and NBFCs. He has extensive experience in various functions, viz, Sales, business development, product design & development, product launch, credit underwriting etc. He has been in the leadership positions with ICICI Bank Ltd, HDB Financials Ltd, Capital First Ltd, Neogrowth Credit, Adani Capital Pvt Ltd. Prior to this he was heading the micro enterprise loan vertical at DvaraKGFS. He is an Economics graduate and MBA from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore.

Mr. Pottipally Bhaskar has an experience of over 22+ years across NBFC’s & MFI in Sales, Distribution, Marketing and Strategy. He has experience of launching business in multiple organisations in the financial service sector. His last assignment was as Zonal Manager – South in Svatantra Microfin Private Limited. Prior to this, he worked in organisations like Annapurna Microfinance, Vaya Finserv and Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited. Mr. P Bhaskar holds an MBA from Dr. C V Raman University.

Mr. Venugopal is an experienced professional, over 22 years of rich and varied experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry. His expertise spans process management, internal controls, and client servicing, with significant proficiency in retail assets operations and microfinance. He holds an MBA and has completed executive certification programs in “Operations Management and Six Sigma” from IIM Raipur, and “Digital Transformation” from ISB. Prior to this, he worked at organizations such as BASIX, ICICI, HDFC, AXIS, L&T, AVANSE Financial Services, and IKF Home Finance.

Mr. Murari has over 12 years of experience in the areas of Finance, Accounts, Audit & Taxation, Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting and regulatory audits. He is associating with Criss Financial Limited (CFL) since November 2021. Prior to CFL he was associated with organizations like PACCS Healthcare as HOD Finance & Accounts and in various leadership capacities with JSS Pro Services and Italia & Associates. Mr. Subrahmanyam Murari is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and holds bachelor’s degree in finance & accounts.

Mrs. Ravina Sood brings over a decade of diverse professional experience, including close to three years in the Financial Services sector. She is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a Law degree from the University of Lucknow, in addition to a Bachelor of Commerce. She has demonstrated strong expertise across legal affairs, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, consistently contributing to the development and strengthening of robust compliance frameworks. Mrs. Sood worked with Hylasco Bio-Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd. and NEED Livelihood Microfinance Pvt. Ltd., where she played a significant role in supporting key legal and compliance functions.

Mr. Santosh Singh Rathore is a seasoned legal and recovery professional with over 24 years of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in Legal, Litigation, Recovery, Compliance and Risk Management. He began his professional journey as an Advocate, practising before the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur, handling writ, service, criminal and arbitration matters. He subsequently moved into the financial services industry and spent over 19 years with Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd., where he progressed through various leadership roles to become Vertical Head – Legal. During his tenure, he led legal and recovery functions across multiple regions and business verticals, handling complex litigation, SARFAESI, arbitration, criminal, civil, consumer and NCLT matters. He has extensive experience in managing litigation portfolios, legal strategy, statutory compliance, external counsel, legal audits, settlements and recovery operations. He has also played a key role in protecting organisational assets, managing critical legal risks and advising senior management on strategic legal and business matters. His professional journey includes leadership roles with Ashok Leyland Finance, Mahindra Finance, Finova Capital and Electronica Finance Ltd. He has been recognised for his contribution to legal and business functions and has delivered significant business impact through effective legal strategy and intervention, including substantial savings and successful resolution of complex legal matters. With a strong combination of legal expertise, business understanding and leadership experience, he brings a strategic and solution-oriented approach to managing legal and recovery functions. He joined Criss Financial Limited as Head of Legal on 31 August 2026, where he is responsible for strengthening the organisation's legal framework, litigation management, compliance, recovery support and overall legal risk management.

His areas of specialization include Data Protection, Network Security, Security Operations and Regulatory Compliance. He has strong hands on proficiency with modern cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and other advanced enterprise grade security platforms. With a deep understanding of evolving cyber risks, he excels in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security frameworks that enhance resilience and safeguard critical information assets. Mr. Jimmy Richard, a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience across the ITES, Healthcare, and BFSI sectors, possesses extensive expertise in overseeing diverse human resource functions. His proficiency is particularly evident in areas such as digitization, employer branding, process improvement, and cultural transformation. Prior to this, Mr. Richard made significant contributions to esteemed organizations including Apollo Healthcare, Yashoda & Graviti Pharma, GE Capital, HSBC, and Satyam Groupe. His academic credentials include a postgraduate degree in human resources from Symbiosis.

Mr. Harin Babu, an MCA graduate with over 10 years of experience in various platforms which is related to Wintel/Windows administration. He is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCSC – Windows Server 2012) with strong expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, IIS, and VM administration. He has successfully managed large user bases across multiple global sites and is adept at tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle.
