Role & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve business targets for Loan Against Property.
•Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and conversion of prospects into disbursals.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent business growth.
•Monitor branch operations, including credit quality, TAT adherence, and customer satisfaction.
•Identify and develop local business opportunities, cross-sell banking products, and enhance branch profitability.
•Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
•Strong understanding of mortgage products Home Loan & LAP.
•Good market intelligence and local area knowledge.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
•Excellent sales, leadership, and team management skills.
